FansMates is a creator monetization platform that allows creators to share exclusive content with subscribers and earn money through subscriptions, tips, and paid content.
FansMates is operated by AdriSoft s.r.o., a company based in the Czech Republic.

2. Who can become a creator on FansMates?

To become a creator, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have legal capacity to enter into agreements

  • Successfully complete identity and age verification

  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

3. Do I own my content?

Yes.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload.

By using FansMates, you grant us a limited license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content solely to operate the platform.

4. What type of content is allowed?

Creators may upload legal, consensual content involving adults only.

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Content involving or implying minors

  • Non-consensual or exploitative material

  • Illegal content under Czech, EU, or international law

  • Copyrighted content you do not own or have rights to

5. How do I get paid?

Creators earn money through:

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Tips from fans

  • Pay-per-view content

Your earnings are shown in your creator dashboard.

6. How often are payouts made?

Payouts are processed through third-party payment providers.

  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply

  • Payout schedules depend on the payment provider and your location

  • Processing times may vary due to banks or verification checks

FansMates does not control banking delays.

7. What fees does FansMates charge?

FansMates charges a platform service fee on creator earnings.

The current fee percentage is displayed in your dashboard and may change with notice.

Payment processor fees and chargeback fees may also apply.

8. Am I responsible for taxes?

Yes.
Creators are independent creators and are solely responsible for:

  • Declaring income

  • Paying income tax

FansMates does not provide tax advice.

9. What happens if a fan requests a chargeback?

If a fan disputes a payment or files a chargeback:

  • The disputed amount will be deducted from your balance

  • Associated chargeback fees may also be deducted

  • Payouts may be temporarily withheld to cover the dispute

Excessive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

10. Are refunds allowed?

All digital content purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Once a fan gains access to content, refunds are generally not possible.

11. Does FansMates keep my identity documents?

FansMates collects identity documents only for:

  • Age and identity verification

  • Legal and compliance obligations

Data is stored securely and processed in accordance with EU GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

12. Do I need to comply with USC 2257?

Yes, you need comply with USC 2257. FansMates strictly verify all content published.

13. Can I collaborate with other creators?

No, Comply with all legal and platform requirements

14. Can FansMates remove my content?

Yes.
FansMates reserves the right to:

  • Remove content that violates policies or laws

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations

  • Cooperate with authorities when legally required

15. What happens if my account is terminated?

If your account is terminated:

  • Access to the platform will be disabled

  • Outstanding balances may be withheld if required by law or disputes

  • Required data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes

16. Is FansMates responsible for my earnings?

No.
FansMates does not guarantee:

  • Income levels

  • Subscriber growth

  • Content performance

Earnings depend on your activity, content, and audience engagement.

17. How does FansMates protect my data?
